Cancellations/Refunds Policy

Upon booking a reservation, your credit card will be charged 50% of the entire bill. For 1-night stays, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking with the same rules below applied.

  • Deposits taken for reservations between July 1 and August 15 are “NON-REFUNDABLE”.
  • For dates outside of July 1 and August 15, there will be a $20 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made more than 10 days in advance of the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, the 50% deposit is “NON-REFUNDABLE”.
  • LATE ARRIVALS – The park operating hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm daily. Check-in ends at 6:00pm. Please notify the office if you will be arriving after 6:00pm so they can provide further instruction.

You are not guaranteed a spot until your deposit has been processed.

We do not refund for early departures for any reason on any reservations, including seasonal reservations.

Payment:

  • A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of your reservation.
  • 1 night stays will be charged the full amount.
  • Full payment will be due upon arrival.

Group size:

  • For Cabins, RVs to Rent, or Conestoga Wagons, there will be a $10/day charge for additional people (over 2).
  • For Water Electric Sites or Tent Sites, there will be a $5/day charge for additional people (over 2).
  • For the 2-Bedroom Country Home, there will be a $10/day charge for additional people (over 4).

Check in / Check Out

  • Check out time is 12PM for RV’s and Tents, and 10AM for Cabins and Wagons
  • Check in Time is 12PM for RV’s and Tents, and 2PM for Cabins and Wagons.
  • Check-in ends at 6:00pm. Please notify the office if you will be arriving after 6:00pm so they can provide further instruction.
  • Feel free to ask about early check in. If we can accommodate it, we are happy to do so.

Quiet Hours:

  • 9PM – 8AM

Parking:

  • We allow one vehicle per site or cabin.
  • We will do our best to accommodate additional vehicles in our storage area ($8/day).
  • ATV trailers, boats, storage trailers etc can be parked in the storage area ($8/day).

Speed Limit:

  • 5 MPH strictly enforced.

Pets:

  • Non-aggressive dogs are welcome. Limit is 2 per RV site.
  • Small pets will be considered for the cabins and 2 Bedroom Country Home, but there is an additional fee ($5 per night), and no more than one small pet.
  • Pets are not allowed in the conestoga wagons or the RVs for Rent.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times.
  • Pets may not be left chained and unattended to.
  • All waste must be disposed of properly (bagged and inserted in the cans located throughout the park).
  • No loud or annoying dogs!!
  • We take our pet policy very seriously!! Management reserves the right to ask any tenant to leave if they violate this policy.

Visitor and Guests:

  • All visitors and guests must check in with the front office.
  • Daily and overnight guest parking is available for a fee.

Children:

  • We love children at Mountain Time!
  • We have a playground specifically for the little ones.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults while in the office, laundry, showers, and playground.

Trash:

  • Just leave your trash bags out each morning, we will pick them up!

Campfires:

  • We provide fire rings upon request.
  • There are some designated fire rings in the tent area.
  • Wood burn only please. No trash or other materials.
  • Fires must be completely extinguished when completed and each evening.

Sewer:

  • Sewer connections require an elbow or donut per Colorado law.
  • We have a dump station open to the public. Drive in dump rate is $20.

Water:

  • If a guest breaks a waterline there is a $150 charge to repair it due to inconvenience to other guests. (We don’t want your money! We want to protect the waterlines!)
